This role is well-suited for an attorney who:
- Has 5–10+ years of Illinois family law experience
- Is comfortable managing complex matters with autonomy

What You’ll Do
- Manage complex divorce and family law matters from intake through resolution
- Appear regularly in court and oversee litigation strategy
- Advise clients on custody, financial, and post-decree issues
- Collaborate with firm leadership and fellow attorneys on case strategy
- Contribute experience and perspective within a collegial team setting
Preferred Experience
- 5–10+ years practicing family law in Illinois
- Illinois law license in good standing
- Strong litigation background
- Experience with mediation, collaborative law, or Guardian ad Litem work is a plus
- Prior experience in a small firm or solo practice environment is welcomed
