This role is well-suited for an attorney who:

• Has 5–10+ years of Illinois family law experience
• Is comfortable managing complex matters with autonomy
• Values a structured, collaborative firm environment
• Is focused on long-term professional stability and high-quality legal work

What You’ll Do

• Manage complex divorce and family law matters from intake through resolution
• Appear regularly in court and oversee litigation strategy
• Advise clients on custody, financial, and post-decree issues
• Collaborate with firm leadership and fellow attorneys on case strategy
• Contribute experience and perspective within a collegial team setting

Preferred Experience

• 5–10+ years practicing family law in Illinois
• Illinois law license in good standing
• Strong litigation background
• Experience with mediation, collaborative law, or Guardian ad Litem work is a plus
• Prior experience in a small firm or solo practice environment is welcomed
